Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate frisbee is a fast attractive team sport for her and him. It´s played out- and indoors. To score, you need to catch the disc in the endzone of your oponent. Spectaculair dives and catches are very often a fact in this no-contact sport.
Our students enjoy very good conditions to participate. Trainings on Tuesday in XIOS are for free, if you want to do extra trainings, this is also for free the first month, after that you pay 8 euros a month.
